Developed - and named - at our Classy AF event last week at Concubine KL, make your own "Laura the naughty nun" like this:
Ingredients:
Fresh mint leaves
Lime juice
Pineapple juice
Honey
Ginger beer
Crush some mint leaves, add lime juice, pineapple juice, a splash of honey. Shake well (or stir if you don't have a shaker).
Pour into the glass and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with dehydrated lime slices and fresh mint.
