On New Year's Eve 2021, my husband and I decided to do Dry January. One month of no booze seemed like a daunting task but as we started reaping the benefits of a sober life (such as better sleep, weightloss, mental clarity and improved overall wellbeing), we decided to go Dry until July. As time went by, we started asking ourselves "July of what year?".
